A "Blue Sappo" cocktail next to a bottle of Blanc de Bleu Brut and a sunflower.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz. gin
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 4 oz. Blanc de Bleu
  • 3 dashes fernet
  • Garnish: orange twist

Directions

In order, slowly pour ingredients over ice. Garnish.
