At Blanc de Bleu®, we believe that wine should never be boring. And that is why we were inspired to create a blue sparkling wine from the finest California Chardonnay grapes with a touch of blueberry.

Growing up in Manteca, CA, located in the Central Valley (fondly known as "California's agricultural bread basket"), half of the state's grapes are grown here. Despite being surrounded by such vast agriculture, growing up I never dreamt that one day I would call myself a winemaker. Luckily, I took a chance on a new adventure in my early 20s, and now I have been making wine at Bronco Wine Co. for 14 years. Much like Blanc de Bleu, the most rewarding outcomes come from the unexpected.

My favorite way to enjoy Blanc de Bleu® is ice cold on its own or in creative cocktails. Cheers to the unexpected!
